I received my order on schedule and the product is great. However, one side of the bag has a slight fold, likely from how it was packed for shipping. I expect it to smooth out over time. Honestly, it?? only noticeable if you're a perfectionist. Other than that, everything is perfect! The leather is soft, the hardware is beautiful, and the bag is just the right size for daily use.
